Free help to quit vaping, without going back to smoking
QuitVaping.co.uk is a free, independent UK website and programme that helps you stop vaping at your own pace, without going back to cigarettes. It's built on NHS and NCSCT guidance, health pages are only published once a named clinician has checked them, and we take no money from the vape, tobacco or nicotine-pouch industries.
- No money from vape or tobacco firms
- Your check-ins stay on your device
- No shame: a slip is a reset
